The hotel had amazing and clean rooms but showed signs of wear and lacked some kitchen items. Climbing a large staircase was required, and the decor could use updating with more color. The coffee maker needs improvement, and the towels had a strange smell. The price per night felt a bit expensive for the value provided, and the showers lacked water pressure.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms with the west view upon my request made a longer stay really easy. They were amazing and clean, providing the perfect level of comfort. The service was exceptional; they fixed the whole situation promptly and even surprised me with wine to celebrate my birthday that night. The location was breathtaking with a stunning view and convenient access to all nearby attractions. The dining experience, though mainly in plastic takeout containers, offered great steaks. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a wonderful stay overall.
